From listening to you during the webinars, I know you are a warm, intuitive woman. I am a retired elementary teacher. I struggled with depression for years and now, at the age of 60, am having a happier, more fulfilling life than I did at 30. However, there is always room for improvement. I look forward to reading your “brief and succinct” blogs.
Peace and Joy, Karen
Hi Karen,
Thank you for your very kind comments. It’s funny and wonderful, isn’t it, how much more freedom and happiness we feel in our 50s and 60s than we did in our 30s.
Hi Karen,
Thank you for your kind words! How wonderful that you have created a fulfilling and happy life for yourself. You must have worked hard to move out of depression into the life you have now. Any suggestions for anyone reading this blog who is struggling with depression? Thanks, Karen, for taking the time to read my posts.
Anne
Hi Anne,
I just noticed your last comment today. I think the thing that helped me the most to overcome depression was cognitive therapy—the topic of the email you sent me today! Therefore, I would highly recommend this latest series of yours to people struggling with depression.

Thanks, Karen. There are many different ways that people can deal with their limiting beliefs. If one thing doesn’t work please try something else. It will change your life when the monkey mind is no longer running things!
Very informative and trustworthy. Please keep updating with great posts like this one.
Thanks, Vincent!
